Alan C. Chen is a graduate of Dickinson High School (New Jersey); Rutgers University at New Brunswick, with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics; and Boston College Law School with a degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence. His background includes teaching graduate-level courses in International Law, working as a legal consultant in International Law for a multi-national shipping company in Hong Kong, and working for the US Department of Justice's Criminal Law Section in Washington, D.C. For the last 23 years, Mr. Chen has been almost exclusively practicing US Immigration Law. His dedication to the practice of immigration law is absolute.
